We’ve curated a collection of knitwear that’s lovingly made by local hands – and their individual names are attached to each item. Each ball of 100% bamboo yarn is spun by a single person and knitted to provide a unique signature. On top of this, all our knits are hypoallergenic, seamless, and knitted on the round, to bring warmth and comfort to your newborn.
From rompers with adjustable straps to pants with hand-knitted chords, from raglan sleeves and rolltop necklines to street cred hoodies with hand-carved coconut, seashell, or wood buttons. From our Limited Edition 3-piece set and Gentleman’s Baby Tweedy to our Easypeasy ponchos and Petal Sleeve jerseys. From our signature Baby Lotus Scarf – made from soft breathable cotton bamboo slub – that doubles as a headband, to our Scratch mittens and calf-high cloudhopper booties.
You’ll find merino acorn beanies, alpaca t-bag beanies and cloches, and plain or ribbed bonnets that fit like a glove. And our basket stitch blanket and carryboo sleeping bag are soft and snug.
Due to its hand-sprouted nature and depending on the granny who made it, each Nunabean item varies slightly in colour, shape, texture of pattern, and finish.
